This is a classic Languedoc blend of old vines Syrah for the grip and colour, Grenache for the fruit and Mourvedre for perfume. It's an intense wine; big, dark and 15%. 

A year in two and three year-old oak barrels to soften it out so it's both great with food or on its own. Even better, it was awarded 91 Parker Points.
