This is a complex white wine, soft and creamy but with a good acidity.  Fruity, think citrus, as well as minerality. A great wine to enjoy throughout a meal as well as on its own. Unsurprisingly awarded Best White Wine at Vinitaly Wine Fair 2023.

Best served with fish and white meats, maybe some caviar crisps, but honestly, just crack it open whenever you feel like it, just make sure it’s fridge cold.
